No Hugging!

Boy, am I glad I don't live in Illinois. Turns out, it isn't as friendly a state as I always thought. Especially not Oak Park and not if you're a student there. If that's the case - you better watch out before you show any affection to your friends - reports CBS.
Why is it that embracing is such a sin?
"Last year we would see maybe as many as 10 students on one side (of the hallway), 10 on the other and then, going in opposite directions, would sort of have a hug line going on and you could see where that would be a problem," said Victoria Sharts, principal of Oak Park's Percy Julian Middle School.
Wow! That sounds dangerous indeed.
Hugging situation in Oak Park became so grave that the principal decided to draw the line by banning all hugging among students within the building.
Good work, Mrs principal. But if I were you, I would go further and add to that:
- no smiling in the building (forget laughing or giggling, you could get expelled for that)
- no talking when not asked (especially no word exchange between a boy and a girl)
- no fast walking on/off the premises (forget running - it can put you in juvenile correction center)
- no looking at each other (but especially no looking teachers in the eyes)
- no thinking (we all know how dangerous thinking is)

Thank goodness for Mrs Victoria Sharts. We need more dysfunctional, socially awkward and isolated kids. World is going to be such a better place now.
